Age of vineyards: 15 years.
Clayey-calcareous soil.
Altitude of vineyards: 630 meters.
Winemaking
50% de-stemmed grapes, 50% carbonic maceration.
Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging
3 months in American oak barrels.
Bottle
3 months in bottle.
RASPBERRY > VANILLA > COFFEE
Colour
Intense red cherry with violet tones.  It shows youth even with three months aging in barrel.
Nose
Red fruits (raspberry, cherry..) with vainilla touch.  Minerals and a hint of coffee and caramel due to its “terroir”.
Taste
Long and fresh.  Great aromatic richness; Red fruit, especially the raspberry, lactic and balsamic notes.
